Although we have just opened Casa Maya Grill, it’s been years in the making.  The owner is originally from Mexico and has over 20 years of experience in the South Florida restaurant industry.  At Casa Maya Grill, we are dedicated to sharing fresh, authentic Mexican food and friendly, personal service at our new and inviting location in Deerfield Beach. 

Casa Maya Grill’s menu is a testament to authentic Mexican Mayan cuisine direct from the Yucatan Peninsula.  These are time-honored recipes that our chef has honed to perfection. We have a great variety of seafood, beef and chicken dishes from which to choose.

You can delight in fresh fish tacos or sample our crispy panuchos and codzitos just like they are made in Southern Mexico.  If you are in the mood for a burrito, the Mole Rojo Burrito with Chicken is a must.  The specialty sauce, called Mole Rojo Poblano, is a unique blend of 78 spices and condiments. Imported from Mexico, it is considered one of the most complex and savory sauces in the world!  But if you have pork in mind, the Cochinita Pibil is the way to go.  Our lean, hand-trimmed pork is marinated in annatto seed and sour orange mix for at least 24 hours, then slow-roasted in a traditional banana leaf wrap.
